GTM Enablement Manager, Onboarding & Ramp
Apply now →Summary
Temporal is rapidly scaling its field organization, and setting up every new hire to succeed from day one is critical to meeting and exceeding our most ambitious goals.
As a GTM Enablement Manager, Onboarding & Ramp, you'll be joining the GTM Enablement team early in its build, owning the end-to-end onboarding experience for customer-facing roles. This is a building role with a real opportunity to shape and scale the program.
If you're as energized by facilitating engaging learning experiences as building impactful programs that scale and believe there's always a better way to do enablement - this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Own the onboarding program end-to-end. You'll build and manage the full onboarding lifecycle - from content creation to facilitation to program measurement and iteration. You'll also extract and codify what top performers do well - turning tribal knowledge into repeatable enablement content.
Deliver cohort-based onboarding experiences. You'll lead a regular cadence of cohort onboarding experiences - virtual to start and targeting in-person bootcamps at a Temporal hub (Seattle or San Francisco). Sessions will be anchored in interactive workshops, role plays and hands on exercises.
Accelerate ramp across roles. You'll drive time-to-productivity improvements through strong onboarding foundations and role-specific ramp paths that extend beyond bootcamp and into the field.
Measure and continuously improve onboarding effectiveness. You'll use leading and lagging indicators to continuously iterate on the program, partnering with RevOps, Sales Leadership and our People team to connect the dots between onboarding and business outcomes.
Who You Are (Need to Haves)
You’re an incredible facilitator. You light up in front of a room - but your strength is in how you facilitate, not just how you present. You read the audience, draw people in, create space for participation, and adapt on the fly. People walk out of your sessions feeling equipped, not talked at.
You've built onboarding programs before. Whether as the first enablement hire or within a growing team, you know how to craft engaging learning experiences and durable programs that drive real impact on new hire ramp and readiness. You bring at least 3-5+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement, sales, or a related GTM role.
You understand sales. You've either carried a quota yourself or put in the work to deeply understand how sales teams operate - sellers trust you because you understand their reality and speak their language.
You're a builder. You thrive where things aren't figured out yet. You’re able to move fast while also holding a high bar for the quality of your work, and you bring structure and clarity to everything you ship.
You're AI-forward and always raising the bar. The way enablement gets done has fundamentally shifted. You're already using AI - whether it’s to enable the field or focus on the highest leverage work - and you don’t settle for how it’s been done before.
You build trust and work well across the org. This is critical to any effective enablement practitioner - especially in this role. You build trust by consistently translating the time and inputs from key stakeholders, partners and SMEs into outputs with outsized impact.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If
You have a deep passion for Temporal's mission and what we're building for developers.
You've enabled teams selling highly technical or infrastructure products, selling to developers, and/or navigating bottoms-up OSS/PLG and tops-down sales motions.
Familiarity with Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
Experience enabling multiple audiences (e.g. Account Executives, Solution Architects, Technical Services, Managers).
